We want you to be completely satisfied with IdeaIndex. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason within the first 7 days, we'll give you a full refund. It's that simple.
1. 7-Day Guarantee
All new subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. This applies to both Monthly and Yearly subscription plans. If IdeaIndex doesn't meet your expectations within the first 7 days, simply email us and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility
Eligible: First-time subscribers within 7 days of their initial payment date.
Eligible: Subscribers who upgraded from Monthly to Yearly within 7 days of the upgrade payment.
Not eligible: Renewal payments beyond the initial 7-day window. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but renewal payments are non-refundable.
Not eligible: Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email Us
Send a refund request to [email protected] with the email address associated with your IdeaIndex account.
Step 2: Confirmation
We'll confirm your refund request within 24 hours via email.
Step 3: Refund Processed
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refunds are separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account.
- Refund returns your payment. Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase. Once a refund is processed, your access to IdeaIndex is revoked.
5. Yearly Subscriptions
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to Yearly subscriptions based on the initial payment date. If you request a refund within 7 days of your Yearly purchase, you will receive a full refund of the $168 annual payment. After 7 days, Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
